    You don’t need to have everything figured out.
    You just need a willingness to learn, explore and make small, meaningful changes.

    This work is iterative and we’ll find the right pace together.

  • Every project begins with a short conversation so I can understand your context and needs.

    Before we meet, I’ll send a few simple questions that we’ll talk through on the phone.

    This helps me get a clear picture of:

    • where your team is now

    • what’s working well

    • where things feel hard or unclear

    • what you’ve tried before (if anything)

    • the outcomes and impact you’d love to see

    • any sensitivities or considerations I should be aware of

    • who will be in the room

    From there, I’ll pull everything into a clear proposal with an outline and costs.
    Once we’ve talked it through and made any tweaks, I’ll design a session that fits your culture, your goals and your people.

  • Every session includes:

    • Thoughtful design based on your goals, context and team

    • Delivery online or in-person

    • Pre-meetings with key people or ERGs to make sure everything lands well

    • Optional licence to use any recordings internally

    • Optional short pre and post-session survey so you can measure impact

    • Optional follow-up resources or reflection prompts

    And in the room (or on the screen), you can expect sessions that are:

  • Pricing is equitable.

    I scale my fees based on sector, group and organisation size.

    It matters to me that my work is accessible for smaller, purpose-driven organisations and fair for larger, more profitable ones.

    I never want cost to be a barrier and I have clear scaling I can talk you through when we meet.
