ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Emma

Dog lover, shawarma fanatic, global wanderer and unapologetic different thinker.

I’m a certified neuroinclusive coach and trainer supporting neurodivergent people with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other forms of neurodiversity to live and work with more ease, clarity and self-trust.

My own journey began with a childhood diagnosis of dyslexia and later ADHD in my 40s. I know what it feels like to work against your brain, to mask, to overcompensate, to feel “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. That lived experience shapes everything I do.

How I got here

I grew up between West Africa and the Middle East with Lebanese and Scottish parents a mix that shaped my curiosity and how I see the world.

Before coaching, I spent 15 years in a fast-paced communications career across Glasgow, London and Sydney. I later trained as a yoga teacher, ran a pop-up studio and worked on behaviour-change projects for global brands.

All of that now informs my coaching and training: practical, grounded, neurodiversity-aware and shaped by real life, not theory.

I don’t see neurodivergence as a deficiency or a superpower. It’s part of who you are - not the whole story.

My work centres around:
• understanding how your brain works
• unlearning shame and outdated “shoulds”
• building ways of living and working that feel possible, supportive and sustainable

Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, managing burnout, rebuilding confidence or craving more balance, I’m here to listen without judgement and walk alongside you.
