NEUROINCLUSIVE COACHING

For Organisations & Individuals

Neurodiversity isn’t something to hide or fix.
But learning how to work with your brain, rather than against it - can change everything.

Many people spend years masking, pushing through, or trying to operate like everyone else. It’s exhausting, confusing and often unsustainable.

Coaching creates space to pause, understand what’s actually going on, and build ways of working that fit who you are, not who you think you “should” be.

Whether you’re:

  • a leader wanting to support a neurodivergent team member

  • an organisation investing in your people

  • or an individual navigating late diagnosis, burnout or self-doubt

…this work gives you the clarity, confidence and practical support to move forward intentionally.

My approach is relational, reflective and grounded in lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia. I don’t offer hacks or one-size-fits-all strategies.

We work together to create sustainable change, at a pace that feels safe and good for you.

Reflective, practical coaching for managers supporting neurodivergent colleagues.

Great for:
• Understanding what neurodivergent staff actually need
• Reducing misunderstandings and unintentional pressure
• Building trust through honest, clear conversations

What we can explore together:
• What’s working and what isn’t
• Communication, expectations and boundaries
• Understanding what adds to cognitive + emotional load
• Reducing pressure while supporting performance
• Creating a calm, safe, predictable working environment

This isn’t training - it’s a space to think, reflect and grow as a leader.

 COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS

For neurodivergent adults navigating identity, work and everyday life

If you’ve spent years masking, overcompensating or feeling “too much” in some places and “not enough” in others - you’re not alone.

Coaching gives you space to:
• Understand how your brain actually works
• Make sense of patterns, overwhelm or self-doubt
• Build strategies around you, not a template
• Express your needs without guilt
• Reduce stress and emotional load
• Grow confidence in who you are and how you work

This work is for you if you’re:
• Late-diagnosed or exploring ND identity
• Thoughtful, creative, reflective
• Open to learning about yourself
• Ready to shift habits and try new approaches

What you might want to know

  • I coach:

    • Neurodivergent adults navigating work, identity or everyday life

    • Late-diagnosed, self-identifying or exploring ND identity

    • Managers + leaders supporting neurodivergent team members

    • Employer-funded staff who’d benefit from personalised support

    • Individuals seeking coaching through Access to Work, self-funding or employer funding

If you want space to think clearly, be yourself and make steady, meaningful change, we’ll work well together.

  • Coaching with me is:

    • reflective, honest and dynamic

    • grounded in lived neurodivergent experience and grounded in the evidence too

    • a space to make friends with your brain, rather than work against it

    • tailored to your way of thinking, sensing, working and being

    • a collaborative process where we explore, experiment and notice what actually works

    • supportive and steady, gently stretching

    • focused on building clarity, reducing stress and strengthening your self-trust

    • about understanding who you are beyond your label, not shrinking yourself into it

    • a commitment to curiosity, action and real change (in a way that fits your nervous system)

  • Coaching with me isn’t:
    • fixing you (you’re not broken)
    • tips, hacks or generic productivity advice
    • performance pressure or perfectionism
    • forcing you into a system that doesn’t work for your brain
    • labelling your neurodivergence as either a superpower or a flaw
    • therapy, though our work may feel therapeutic at times

  • This is how I work:

    • We start with a 30-minute chemistry call
    • I explain how I work and you share what you’re looking for
    • If we’re a good fit, you’ll get a simple coaching agreement
    • You’ll receive a few reflective questions before our first session
    • We meet fortnightly on Teams (minimum 12 sessions recommended)
    • Sessions are recorded (if you want) and if it’s recorded you’ll receive a written coaching report after each one
    • In our first seogether we map where you are now, where you want to be, and what will help you move towards it

  • Most clients experience:
    • deeper self-understanding
    • better emotional regulation
    • reduced stress
    • greater confidence expressing needs
    • strategies that actually work for their brain
    • a stronger sense of identity, acceptance and direction

  • I work with people who are self-funded, employer-funded or Access to Work funded.

My pricing scales fairly depending on who is funding the work - individual, employer or government support. This helps keep coaching accessible for smaller organisations and individuals, and fair for larger, more profitable companies.

    Session fees:

    • Self-funded individuals: from £110 per session

    • Access to Work funded: from £150 per session

    • Employer-funded (charity): from £250 per session

    • Employer-funded (small–medium organisations): from £350 per session

    • Employer-funded (corporate): from £450 per session, depending on level and role

    Payment options:

    • Individuals can pay session-by-session ahead of each session

    • Employers typically pay upfront or in two instalments

If you’re unsure where you fit, we’ll talk it through together, my aim is to keep things straightforward and transparent.
